Mass Spectrometry-based Chemical Systems Biology
We develop mass spectrometry (MS)-based strategies, combined with machine learning, to understand mechanisms of metabolic regulation over protein function in health and disease. We aim to use this as a basis to develop translational therapeutics for aging, metabolic disease, and cancer.

Sep 2025 Our paper is out in Nature. We developed a MS and machine learning approach that globally identifies protein regulators of metabolism and uncovered the role of protein LRRC58 in controlling cysteine catabolism.
